  • Is the price really fixed?

    Yes. The number on the card is the number you pay, plus RTO transfer and insurance if you need them. There is no negotiation because there is no margin built in to negotiate away.

  • Can I buy the car online?

    No and that is deliberate. You can book a transparent test drive online, but the sale itself happens at one of our hubs with a person. A used car is not a thing to buy from a photograph.

  • What is the 200-point inspection?

    Ten sections engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electricals, air conditioning, interior, exterior, tyres and documents checked point by point at the hub. We publish the whole report on the car page, including anything that failed and what we did about it.

  • What if I change my mind?

    Bring it back within 7 days or 750 km, whichever comes first, and we refund you. No restocking fee and no argument.

  • What does the warranty cover?

    One year on engine, transmission and electricals, from the date you take delivery. It is ours, not a third party's, so there is nobody to argue with.

  • Do you arrange finance?

    We put you in front of six lenders and tell you what the EMI looks like before you commit. The application itself happens with the lender we do not take applications on the site.
